We have in-house centrifugal casting foundry and machine shopfollowing lean-manufacturing and environment friendly practices toproduce Sleeves that are metallurgical perfect,dimensionally accurate and competitive priced.The Sleeves are manufactured using the centrifugalcasting process, which gives a uniform micro structure andeliminates blow holes and other casting defects by using thecentrifugal force of a die rotating at a high speed to force outcasting defects and impurities.

Specifications
- The dry sleeves are ''cast-in fit'', force (press) fit or slipfit.
- Interference between its outer diameter and engine block walldepends on fit-type from 0.050 to 0.075 mm
