We manufacture a wide range of qualitative pistons, pistonrings, piston sets, piston pins and ringsets. These are rigidlubricated sliding shaft, which fits tightly inside the opening ofa cylinder. Some of the applications of our products are:
- To change the volume enclosed by the cylinder
- To exert a force on a fluid inside the cylinder
- To cover and uncover ports

Pistons are mostly made from Eutectic Aluminum Silicon alloywith excellent properties as low thermal expansion coefficient dutyheat treated after casting for proper microstructure and hardness70-80 hrb to achieve good mechanical properties to work in hotconditions. Pistons are machined with close tolerances as perrequirements.
Our cylinder pistons are designed to carry tremendous power, canwithstand high temperature and pressure and give excellent strokeand thrust.
